Mylea LLC operates the Fleurlys SMS program. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional messages from Fleurlys, including offers, new arrivals and cart reminders, at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@fleurlys.com. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If your mobile number changes, unsubscribe the old number and opt in with your new number.

We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Updates will be posted on this page.

SMS Privacy Notice
We collect your mobile number, your consent and opt-out records, and information about your interactions with our messages to administer the program, deliver messages and respect your preferences. Cookies and similar technologies may identify an abandoned shopping cart so that we can send a reminder to subscribers who consented to SMS marketing.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers that help deliver or operate our SMS program, only for those services.
